Jennifer Iversen has a long and varied work experience. Jennifer began their career in 2003 as an Aquatics Supervisor at Life Time Fitness. In 2010, they moved to Northwestern University, where they held various roles including Human Resources Service Center Manager, Security Administrator, Associate Business Process Analyst, Assistant Coordinator of Archive Project, and FASIS Support Coordinator. In 2022, they joined Robert Weed as the Senior Manager of Talent Enablement.

Jennifer Iversen attended Northwestern University from 2014 to 2017, earning a Master's of Science in Project Management. Prior to that, they attended the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2010, where they received a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
