Deborah Bae

Deborah Bae currently serves as the Managing Director of Leadership for Better Health at Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Deborah held several roles within the same foundation from July 2005 to September 2022, including Deputy Director, Senior Program Officer, Program Officer, and Program Associate. Prior experience includes working as a Staff Analyst at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from June 2004 to June 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from New York University (2007-2010), a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Health Policy from New York University (2003-2005), and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Bryn Mawr College (1995-1999).
