Jennifer Ng'Andu

Jennifer Ng'andu has extensive experience in leadership and program management, currently serving as Managing Director of Programs at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation since January 2014. Additionally, Jennifer holds the position of Board Member at the National Partnership for Women & Families, an organization dedicated to achieving equality for women and improving family lives. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of the Board of Directors at the Herndon Alliance and Director of Health and Civil Rights Policy at the National Council of La Raza. Jennifer also contributed as a Policy Assistant at the National Immigration Law Center and served on the Board of Directors for the National Physicians Alliance. A Duke University graduate, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience.
