Sheila Reynertson currently serves as a Senior Program Officer at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, focusing on addressing structural racism and health disparities in New Jersey through partnerships and resource allocation in birth equity, housing, and public health infrastructure. Previously, as a Senior Policy Analyst at New Jersey Policy Perspective, Reynertson led advocacy coalitions for anti-racist policy changes in tax reform and health care. Earlier experience includes serving as an Advocacy Coordinator for MergerWatch, where Reynertson was involved in community campaigns against hospital mergers affecting patient rights, and internships in public health research at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Reynertson holds a Master of Arts in Health Advocacy and a Bachelor of Arts in Medical Sociology from Sarah Lawrence College.
