Joe Young

Joe Young has extensive work experience in supply chain management and consulting. Joe started their career in 1976 at Toys R Us, where they held the position of Director of Supply Chain Systems & Process for nearly four decades. In 2003, they joined Toys"R"Us/Babies"R"Us as the Senior Director of S&OP/Forecasting, a role they held until 2013. Joe then worked as a self-employed Supply Chain Professional, specializing in systems and processes, from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they became the CEO of Roberta Roller Rabbit, a fashion retailer. Since 2017, Joe Young has been operating their consulting firm, Joe Young Consulting LLC, where they serve as a Supply Chain Consultant.
