Alexandra Thoelen is an experienced Private Events and Catering Coordinator at Roberta's since August 2018, having previously served as a Private Event and Catering Extern. Alexandra's background includes a significant role as a Legal Assistant at Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks, P.C. from June 2008 to April 2017, where high-level administrative and project support was consistently provided to partners in a law firm specializing in entertainment and media law. Alexandra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from the University at Albany and completed culinary education at the Institute of Culinary Education from 2017 to 2018.
