Tim Cocciardi is an experienced bartender and bar manager with a strong background in high-volume venues and innovative beverage creation. Currently serving as Head Bartender at Moby's since May 2024 and at Roberta's since April 2014, Tim has developed expertise in crafting house bitters and infusions. Previous experience includes bartending at notable establishments such as Brooklyn Bowl, The Stand Comedy Club, and Bubby's. Tim also has a diverse skill set in marketing and technology, having worked as a Marketing Assistant at Bragada and a Technology Consultant at Boston University. Tim holds a BS in Communications with a focus on Advertising and Psychology from Boston University.
