Ivan Chia is a seasoned professional in fragrance development with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Fragrance Development Manager at Robertet Group since June 2024, Ivan previously held the position of Fragrance Development Manager at Bell Flavors & Fragrances from December 2020 to July 2024, where responsibilities included establishing the Evaluation department and managing various product developments for the SEA Market. Ivan's earlier career at International Flavors & Fragrances spanned from January 2016 to December 2020, involving roles as a Fragrance Evaluator, Perfumer Trainee, and Strategic Planner, with a focus on fabric care products in the Vietnam, Thailand, and India markets. Ivan is pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Communication Management and Innovation at Singapore Management University, alongside multiple degrees in Business and Management, Fragrance and Cosmetics, Marketing, and Chemical Process Technology from prestigious institutions, including ISIPCA and the University of Bradford.
