Jérôme Bruhat

Jérôme Bruhat is the current Deputy CEO at Robertet. Jérôme has over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry, having worked with some of the biggest names in the business.

Bruhat started their career with L'Oréal in 2004, working as the Vice-President of the Consumer Product Division in Japan. Jérôme spent three years in this role before being promoted to President of L'Oreal Germany in 2010. After two years in this position, they were again promoted, this time to Global Brand President of Maybelline New York. Jérôme held this role for two years before moving back to Japan to take on the role of President and Representative Director at L'Oréal Japan.

In this role, Bruhat was responsible for developing strategies, brands, products, business models and teams for business expansion and world-class innovation. Jérôme spent seven years in this role before moving to their current position as Deputy CEO at Robertet in February of 2022.

Jérôme Bruhat has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from EDHEC Business School and an Advanced Management Program in Business from INSEAD.

Their manager is Philippe Maubert, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Christophe Maubert - Director, Fragrance Division, Catherine Gadras - MD, Product Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Grasse, and Olivier Maubert - Director, Flavor Division.
