Stephen Gristina's work experience begins in 2000 at DSM, where they held various roles including Director of Operations in different areas such as Animal Nutrition and Health, Fermentation, and Vitamin Forms. Stephen also served as the Global Head of Operations Systems and Improvement for Animal Nutrition and Health. In 2022, Gristina joined the Robertet Group as the Vice President of Operations.
Stephen Gristina holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering earned from Stevens Institute of Technology, which they attended from 1987 to 1991. Following that, they pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Concurrent Engineering from the same institution, completing it from 1992 to 1997.
