Wayne Barnard

Wayne Barnard has extensive work experience in various roles within the industrial and construction sectors. Wayne currently holds the position of Vice President at Roberts Onsite Inc. since 2017. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager at PNR RailWorks from 2016 to 2017 and as the Operations Manager - Signals & Communications from 2014 to 2016. Wayne also worked as the Millwrighting & Rigging Manager at Alltrade Industrial Contractors Inc. from 2013 to 2014.

Before joining Alltrade, Wayne was the Principal of Bricas Multi-Trade Inc. from 2010 to 2013, where they managed day-to-day operations and provided cost-effective solutions for customers' production equipment.

Wayne has a long history with Roberts Onsite Inc., serving as Vice President from 1995 to 2010. In this role, they managed various departments, including millwrighting, rigging, electrical, and piping. Additionally, they oversaw the sales and bidding process, leading to increased sales each fiscal year.

Prior to joining Roberts Onsite Inc., Wayne worked as an Estimator/Project Manager at Wm. Roberts Electrical & Mechanical Inc. from 1989 to 1994.

Wayne Barnard's education history includes several qualifications and degrees in various fields. Wayne attended George Brown College from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Certificate of Qualification in Ironworker-Structural & Ornamental. In 1995 to 1997, they enrolled at Conestoga College and received a Certificate in Construction Estimator. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1992, Barnard studied at Wilfrid Laurier University and earned a Diploma in Accounting. Lastly, in 1989 to 1990, they attended the Toronto School of Business, where they obtained a Diploma in Accounting & Computers.
