Raissa Mallinger Wetcher

Raissa Mallinger Wetcher, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Raissa began their career at Dean & Company in 1997 and worked there as a Human Resources professional until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, Raissa worked at IGEN in an HR role. Raissa then joined Forrester Construction Company in 2003 as a Human Resources Manager and held this position until 2011. Since 2011, Raissa has been serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Roberts Oxygen Company, Inc.

Raissa Mallinger Wetcher, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies from LinkedIn, obtained in November 2022, the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resources Management - Senior Certified Professional) from SHRM - Society of Human Resources Management, obtained in August 2015, and the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from HR Certification Institute & Society of Human Resources, obtained in June 2011.
