Kenneth Merlo

Kenneth Merlo is an experienced legal and business professional with a diverse background in compliance and consulting services. Currently serving as Counsel at Roberts & Ryan Investments Inc. since August 2019, Kenneth also operates as Principal at Keleon Studios, LLC, which focuses on entertainment and production. As President and Founder of Red Line Design, Inc., established in October 2001, Kenneth provides business consulting services, including regulatory compliance and fundraising. Previous roles include Chief Compliance Officer positions at Eden Capital, Global Ventures LLC, and PEX Global, Inc., as well as General Counsel at Town Hall Capital, LLC. Kenneth holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and degrees in Art History from Vassar College and the University of Florence.
