Luke De Roeck is currently a Partner at Roberts & Ryan, Inc., overseeing searches at the Director level and above for Fortune 1000 companies and at the VP level and above for mid-market organizations and private equity-backed portfolio companies. Prior to this, Luke held the position of Vice President - Management Search at Hudson Highland Group, VP of Executive Recruiting at eLoyalty Corporation, and Director of Executive Search Services at Altschuler, Melvoin & Glasser. Luke holds a B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University.
