Rupert A. Hayles, Jr. is an experienced leader currently serving as President of Roberts Wesleyan University, overseeing all administrative functions of the institution. With a robust background as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Organization and People Dynamics, Hayles focuses on emotional development and leadership in various sectors. Previous roles include President and Chief Operating Officer at Pillar College, Chief Operating Officer at The Life Christian Church, and significant positions in multiple organizations including Christ Church and Five Sectors Alliance. Hayles has held executive roles at Merck, Cytec, and Prudential Financial, specializing in technology and systems architecture. An alumnus of The Wharton School and Seton Hall University, Hayles is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Regent University, emphasizing research on leadership and emotional intelligence.
