Brian McDonald is the Chief Operating Officer & Global Head of Human Resources at Robertson & Company Ltd. Since May 2016, Brian has provided strategic leadership for the group of companies including Robertson and Prime Hires. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions in the recruitment and talent management industry, such as Managing Director at Talent Intelligence Consulting and Managing Director at The Buy-Side Club. With experience in executive search services, talent strategy, and project management, Brian has a strong background in attracting and retaining top talent in the marketplace. Brian's previous roles at CIBC World Markets and Information Technology Corporate Resources demonstrate their expertise in resourcing, recruitment, and workforce management. Additionally, Brian took a sabbatical to travel through various countries before joining Robertson & Company Ltd.
