Jessica Sayde

Jessica Sayde began their work experience as an Administrative Assistant at The Judge Group in November 2011 and worked there until December 2012. Jessica then joined Robertson & Company Ltd. in December 2012 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. In this role, they recruited for various positions within the Financial Services/Banking Industry, managed the RPO project and team for hiring 300+ employees in Canada for the Healthcare industry, and served as an ATS System internal trainer. Jessica later became the Manager of Recruitment and People Operations at Robertson & Company Ltd. in August 2021, and in November 2021, they were promoted to the position of Director of Recruitment and People Operations. In their current role, they lead the recruitment and sales training for Robertson's Recruitment Consultant Training program, manages the hiring and mentorship of new consultants, and provides guidance and support in sales training activities.

Jessica Sayde has a bachelor's degree in sociology from Saint Mary's University. Additionally, they have pursued studies in public relations at the University of Toronto, although the degree information is not provided.
