Amissa G Green

Amissa G Green is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching. Currently serving as an English Second Language Teacher at Robertson County Schools since August 2019, Amissa has previously taught third grade at Sumner County Schools from July 2017 to May 2018 and worked as a Pre Kindergarten Teacher at Schrader Lane Childcare Center from August 2014 to January 2016. Amissa's teaching career began at Metro Nashville Public Schools, where a teaching role was held from August 2000 to June 2014. Academically, Amissa holds an Ed.S in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University, a Master of Education in Elementary Education with a focus on reading from Tennessee State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the same institution.
