Doug Keillor

Doug Keillor is an accomplished Executive Managing Director at Robertson Group since September 2022 and has extensive experience in the construction industry dating back to 1990 with Bam Construct UK Ltd. Starting as a Management trainee, Doug progressed through various roles including Site Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Construction Director, ultimately becoming Regional Director for the Scottish business where responsibilities include overseeing all operations. Doug's leadership in the construction sector is further exemplified by a track record of managing over 100 superstore projects and high-profile developments across multiple sectors. Doug is also a member of the Board of BAM Construct UK since August 2016, following a successful career in operations and project delivery. Doug holds an HND in Building from Edinburgh Napier University.
