Bert Allen has extensive experience in Human Resources and Executive Coaching. Bert has worked for various companies, including Robertson Lowstuter, Allen Executive Consulting, FloWorks International, JMC Steel Group / Zekelman Industries, Express Scripts, InteliStaf Healthcare, Greenwood 361º, Exelon Enterprises, and ACNielsen. Throughout their career, they held various positions, such as VP, Executive Coach, Principal, SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, VP, Human Resources-HR Business Partner Organization, VP, Human Resources-Operations and Technology, Senior VP & Chief Human Resources Officer, Founding Partner, and Vice President, Human Resources. Allen has led various projects, including the redesign and implementation of a leadership development program, evaluation of potential acquisition targets, restructuring of sales/service organization, and more.

Bert Allen holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hampton University. In addition, they have obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), although the exact details of when they obtained this certification are unknown.
