M. Nora Bouchard

M. Nora Bouchard has been working as an executive coach since 1993, focusing on growing the leadership capabilities of IT experts and teams and solving problems created by the ever-changing demands of the marketplace and technology. M. Nora has worked at their own company, Bouchard Executive Coaching, as well as at Robertson Lowstuter, Inc. as Vice President and Executive Coach. M. Nora will be starting to work as a CHIEF Guide in 2022. M. Nora has also worked as President at Azay Consulting/Inq Inc, Coaching Through Inquiry, where they created effective and relevant training opportunities for Ameritech, Arthur Andersen & Co., Eli Lilly, NCR Corp., United Way of Chicago, and VIA Intl. Prior to this, they worked at Arthur Andersen as an Education Manager, leading teams of instructional designers and subject matter experts to create learning opportunities for internal consulting teams across the US, Asia, Australia, and Europe.

M. Nora Bouchard earned a Master's degree in Corporate Training from Michigan State University in 1986-1987. M. Nora has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including being a Certified Hogan Suite of Assessments from Performance Programs, Inc. in March 2013 and a Certified Coach from The Newfield Network USA in November 1999. M. Nora is also accredited in Strengths Profile for Individuals and Teams from Centre for Applied Positive Psychology Ltd, and is MBTI Qualified from The Premier Personality Inventory. Additionally, they have obtained the PCC certification from ICF International.
