Paul Duski has extensive work experience that spans over four decades. Paul started their career at Motorola/Quasar Electronics in 1972 as an HR Manager and then moved to Signode Corporation in 1976 as an ER Manager. In 1978, they joined Baxter International as a Director of Human Resources and then went on to become the VP HR Travacare at Caremark/Baxter in 1981. In 1988, they established and became the President & Owner of DMSI (dba) Dynamic People, where they successfully grew a financial and administrative temporary staffing franchise till 2001. From 2003, they worked at Robertson Lowstuter as a Senior Vice President.
From 1974 to 1976, Paul Duski attended DePaul University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources.
