Maggie McGinnis

Maggie McGinnis is a dedicated student and leader currently enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University, pursuing dual degrees as a Robertson Scholar. Selected for the prestigious Robertson Scholars Leadership Program and recognized as a Coca-Cola Scholar, McGinnis demonstrates a commitment to leadership and civic engagement. As the founder of Smart Voter, Maggie publishes a newsletter on the voting process and produces podcasts with influential figures. Previously, significant contributions were made as the creator of Wisconsin's Voter Education and Registration Program with the League of Women Voters, while also serving as a canvasser for WISDOM Wisconsin, focusing on voter mobilization within Latinx communities. An internship at Herrling Clark Law Firm provided additional professional experience. McGinnis graduated high school with a 4.303 GPA from the St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System in 2023.
