Kyle Baer is an accomplished professional in the fields of data and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Analytics at Robin AI since April 2024. Previously, Kyle held the position of Head of Data & Analytics at Medallion, where responsibilities included developing the Data & Analytics strategy, modernizing the tech stack, and implementing data reliability tools. Prior experience includes roles at Scale AI as Manager of Data Analytics and various positions at Uber, contributing to product insights and operations management within the Rideshare and UberEats segments. Early in the career, Kyle worked as an Operations Analyst at Jefferies. Kyle holds a BS with Honors in Integrated Business and Engineering, specializing in Industrial Engineering and Finance from Lehigh University.
