Sophie Wadsworth

Sophie Wadsworth, Assoc CIPD, has worked in the field of People Operations since 2016. Sophie began their career as a People and Capability Administrator and Green Cross Health Academy Co-ordinator at Green Cross Health in 2016. In 2020, they moved to Plexure as a People and Culture Coordinator. In 2021, they worked as a People Advisory Assistant at Mishcon de Reya LLP. In 2022, they returned to Plexure as a People and Culture Advisor and also began working as a People Operations Associate at Robin AI.

Sophie Wadsworth, Assoc CIPD, holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications, which they obtained in 2021. Sophie also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminology & Sociology from Victoria University of Wellington, which they obtained between 2011 and 2014.
