Ellen Weber

Ellen Weber has had an extensive and varied work experience. Ellen started their career in 1982 at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a Senior Consultant. In 1985, they joined Shared Medical Systems (now Siemens) where they held various operational management positions and internal consulting positions until 1999.

In 1999, they became the Executive Director at Robin Hood Ventures, a role they still hold. That same year, they also took on the role of Vice President, Leadership Development at Antiphony, where they remained until 2014.

From 2012 to 2014, Ellen co-founded VisionMine and served as the Chief Operating Officer.

In 2014, they joined Mid-Atlantic Diamond Ventures (MADV) as the Executive Director, a position they continue to hold.

Ellen Weber's education history includes attending the University of Pennsylvania where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
