Kim Heras

Kimberly Heras is an accomplished events manager with extensive experience in donor engagement and event planning. Currently serving as Manager, Events at Robin Hood since August 2021, Kimberly previously held various positions at KIPP NYC from June 2017 to July 2021, including Senior Development Associate, where responsibilities included planning high-quality donor events and managing a Junior Board. Additionally, Kimberly has interned at Viacom, Bloomberg LP, and Wesleyan University, gaining skills in employee engagement and program coordination. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies and Psychology from Wesleyan University, completed in 2017.
