Michael Guistino

Michael Guistino has had extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career in 1994 as a Project Engineer at Industial Mold and Machine, where they worked until 2008.

In 2009, Michael joined Stewart Tool Co. as a Planning and Procurement Manager. During their time there, they managed costs, negotiated raw material buys, and implemented a new Vendor Qualifying Matrix. Michael stayed with the company until 2011.

From 2011 to 2014, Michael worked at Arcturus UAV, LLC. as a Production Manager and later as an Operations Manager. Michael hired and developed training standards for staff members, designed fixtures, and ensured component reproducibility.

From 2018 to 2022, Michael worked as a Tooling Manager at Step 2. Finally, in 2022, they joined Robin Industries, Inc. as a Tooling Engineer and later became a Technical Director in 2023.
