Caroline Gan Yi Xin is a Legal Associate at Robin Lynn & Lee, in collaboration with DFDL, since August 2023, and has been a Student Member of The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple since September 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Legal Associate at Wei Chien & Partners from April 2021 to April 2023, focusing on Equity Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Commercial Advisory, and Unit Trust and Fund Asset Management. Additional roles include Paralegal and Pupil-in-chambers at C R Pang & Co, as well as a Legal Intern in the Construction and Corporate Departments at Raja, Darryl & Loh. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at the University of the West of England.
