Shravani S Thorat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, vendor management, and fraud analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Robin.so since January 2022, Shravani oversees recruitment efforts across the US, EU, and UK, including conducting technical assessments for Amazon operation managers. Previously, Shravani held the role of Vendor & Seller Manager at Amazon and was instrumental in developing a quality strategy for continuous improvements. As a co-founder of Mastadons, Shravani managed comprehensive solutions for brands in e-commerce and social media. Additional experience includes working as a Claims Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on fraud detection and customer protection, and as a Key Account Manager at Amazon Development Centre, where Shravani strengthened seller relationships. Shravani holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Kristu Jayanti College and a High School Diploma in the same field from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
