Svetlana Yezhova

Svetlana Yezhova has over 10 years of experience in web development and UI engineering. Svetlana started their career as a Web Developer at The Pennsylvania State University, where they designed, implemented, tested, and debugged web pages and developed graphic designs for web applications. Svetlana also worked as a Programmer-Analyst, designing, testing, and supporting web applications and database systems.

In 2008, Svetlana joined Plug and Play Tech Center as a Senior Web Developer, where they designed and created dynamic web sites and marketing materials. Svetlana utilized Google Search Engine Optimization to significantly increase web site traffic.

Svetlana then worked at Boom Financial, Inc. as a UI Software Engineer, where they designed and developed localized web applications using JSF2 and Primefaces libraries. Svetlana participated in the idealization, development, and delivery of mocks and artwork, and conducted design and code reviews in an agile scrum environment.

As a freelancer, Svetlana worked as a Web Developer, taking on various web development projects.

In 2015, they joined Taviti as a UI Engineer, where they redesigned existing applications, added new features, and developed wireframes and mockups for responsive mobile and web applications. Svetlana used HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Git, and JavaScript to create cross-browser compatible UI screens.

Currently, Svetlana works at Robin.io as a Senior Software Engineer, where they are a key member of the GUI team. Svetlana'sresponsibilities include building Robin's web application for various platforms and optimizing its performance and response time. Svetlana collaborates closely with the UX/UI architect and other developers in the team.

Svetlana Yezhova holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology from the Institute of Light Industry. Additionally, they completed web design/technology classes at Penn State University from 2005 to 2007. Svetlana also attended De Anza College, although specific details about the degree or field of study are not provided. In 2015, they obtained an Internet Programming and Development Certificate from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension. Furthermore, in the same year, they gained another Internet Programming and Development Certificate from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension.
