Andy Hamilton is an experienced design professional with a strong background in product design and user experience. Initially serving as the Director of Design at First., a real estate tech startup acquired by RE/MAX, Andy has held various roles including Co-Founder and Lead Designer at The Cream Creative, and Director of Product Design at RE/MAX, where management of a distributed team focused on enhancing user experience with a unified design system. Previous positions also include Industrial Designer at HumanCentric and Sr. Manager of User Experience & Design at Boston Device Development. Currently, Andy is a Product Designer at Robinhood, working on EU expansion for the Crypto team, and provides design consulting through Andy Hamilton Design. Andy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Industrial Design from North Carolina State University and studies in Industrial Design and Psychology at Lund University.
