Brian Kerr

Brian Kerr is an experienced leader in workforce planning and resource management with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Workforce Planning at Robinhood since September 2021, Brian previously held significant roles at Meta, including Manager of Workforce Planning, where responsibilities involved headcount management and strategic planning for Facebook's Tech organization. Additionally, Brian co-owns Twosyllable Records, contributing to the promotion of artists in the music industry. With prior experience at R/GA, Tribal DDB, and LBi US, Brian has developed strong expertise in team management, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising with a minor in Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
