Chad Hicks

Chad Hicks, CFE, currently serves as the Platforms Governance & Compliance Lead at Robinhood, overseeing regulatory inquiries and examinations in fraud, legal, and financial crimes. With a robust background in fraud incident response, risk mitigation, and operational strategy development, Chad has played a pivotal role in building and streamlining Robinhood's Fraud Operations Team and has engaged extensively with regulatory bodies like the SEC and FINRA. Prior experience includes founding and managing The Bullet Farm, supporting fraud investigations for AppleOne Employment Services, and serving as a Financial Antiterrorism Analyst at Ziraat Katılım. Chad holds an MBA from American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a BA in Political Science from Stetson University, and an AA in Political Science from Seminole State College of Florida.
