David Flagg

David Flagg has a strong background in regulatory reporting and financial operations, currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Reporting and Best Execution at Robinhood since December 2020. Previously, David held multiple positions at Robinhood, leading up to senior management roles focused on regulatory reporting. Prior to Robinhood, David worked at TD Ameritrade as an Analyst in Trade Reporting and at Fidelity Investments in various trading execution capacities. David also gained experience as an Investment Analyst with the McCoy College of Business Student Managed Investment Fund. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Texas State University, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2015.
