Hailey Thomas

Hailey Thomas is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in communications and creative direction. At Robinhood, from July 2021 to January 2025, Hailey held roles including Associate Creative Director and Manager, Associate Creative Director, Copy, and Senior Creative Writer. Prior experience at Facebook from February 2018 to July 2021 included roles as Communications Lead and Communications Specialist, where Hailey managed projects, developed comprehensive communication plans, and collaborated with global teams on various initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Resume Analyst at Capstone Technology Resources, Inc. and as a Catering Representative at San Jose State University. Hailey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Public Relations from San José State University.
