Jarred Enos

Manager, People Strategy at Robinhood

Jarred Enos is the Manager of People Strategy at Robinhood. Jarred has over eight years of experience in human resources and management consulting.

Jarred started their career as an intern with the City of Columbia in the Office of Budget. Jarred then became a Research Assistant with Willoughby & Hoefer, P.A. After two years in that role, they transitioned to Shell as a Human Resources Intern, Projects and Technology. Jarred was promoted to HR Consultant after just four months and spent the next four years in that role.

In 2019, Jarred left Shell to join Accenture as a Manager, Strategy & Consulting: Talent & Organization. Jarred spent three years at Accenture before joining Robinhood in February of 2022.

At Robinhood, Jarred is responsible for leading the people strategy team. Jarred is passionate about helping businesses attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Jarred Enos has a Master of Human Resources from the Darla Moore School of Business and a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Carolina. Jarred also has a B.A. from Michigan State University.

They work with Cynthia Owyoung - Vice President, Inclusion, Equity & Belonging, Rachel Mastro - People Strategy Manager, and Kaelen Wong - Recruiting Systems Manager. Jarred Enos reports to Marcelo Modica, Chief People Officer.
