Jon Barrett

Jon Barrett is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of BizOps and Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at Robinhood since March 2020. In this role, Jon leads a team focused on providing strategic decision support and competitive insights for the company's long-term roadmap. Prior to Robinhood, Jon worked at One Acre Fund as a Senior Manager and New Ventures Consultant, contributing to potential expansion initiatives into Nigeria. Additional experience includes working as a TechnoServe Fellow, where recommendations were made to improve poultry production in Kenya, and as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on various sectors including public service and retail. Jon's career began at Unilever, where responsibilities included managing national accounts in the Out-of-Home channel. Jon holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from UNSW, and a combined BBA and BA in Psychology from Macquarie University.
