Karol D. is currently a Global Mobility and Immigration Partner at Robinhood, where they focus on U.S. Immigration Law, Compliance, and Risk Management. With a past role as a Business Immigration Supervisor at Fragomen, Karol led the development of immigration programs and guided paraprofessionals to enhance operational excellence. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Immigration Paralegal at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. Karol has also gained valuable experience in education as a Class Teacher and Special Needs Teaching Assistant. They are pursuing a Master of Arts in History at Eastern Washington University, expected to conclude in 2026.
