Kyle Matson

Kyle Matson is a seasoned professional in corporate development and business operations, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development and previously as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Robinhood since 2017. Prior to this role, Kyle was a Principal at Ribbit Capital, where collaboration with entrepreneurs focused on the development of innovative financial services brands. At Square from 2014 to 2016, Kyle contributed to product and marketing efforts by establishing a Growth, Retention, and Marketing team and enhancing internal marketing channels. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from 2010 to 2013, working across various sectors including private equity and retail. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
