Lei S.

Lei S. is a Senior Research Scientist at Robinhood, specializing in employee listening and people analytics. With a background as an Instructor of Record at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, Lei taught various psychology courses and conducted research on trust in automation and human-computer interaction. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Employee Survey & Research at Takeda, where Lei developed enterprise-wide measurement initiatives, and Products & Analytics Associate at Aon, where they focused on assessment validation and data analysis. Lei is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, alongside a Master’s degree in the same field from Missouri State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University.
