Mike Bailey

Mike Bailey is a communications compliance expert with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Robinhood since January 2021, Mike leads the review and approval of all public communications and oversees specific product-related communications, including IPOs. Prior experience includes serving as Compliance Director at Allianz Life, where Mike led the Advertising Review team and implemented new ad review technology, as well as acting as Interim Chief Compliance Officer for Allianz Life Financial Services, overseeing crucial compliance reports. Previously, as Compliance Director at Ameriprise Financial Services, Mike managed regulatory reviews across multiple product lines and developed supervisory procedures. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and a Master of Arts from the University of Iowa.
