Peter Chen

Peter Chen is a highly experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer currently working at Robinhood since March 2022, focusing on customer support AI and machine learning. Prior to this role, Peter served as a Senior Data Scientist at Amazon, where responsibilities included developing Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning models for customer intelligence. Additional experience includes a position as a Research Scientist at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, a Machine Learning Engineer at RTX, and a Data Scientist at GE Aerospace, among others. Peter has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Computational Data Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
