Roy Ramirez has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and management roles. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Lead in Onboarding at Robinhood since June 2021, Roy has also held positions in the CXR Core Services Resolutions Desk and as a Customer Experience Representative. Prior to this, Roy worked at Best Buy as a Retail Manager from November 2017 to June 2021 and at GameStop as a Store Manager from October 2015 to October 2017. Roy earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Tarrant County College, completing the program in May 2021.
