Tom Quirk

Tom Quirk serves as the Director and Associate General Counsel, Head of Commercial Legal at Robinhood since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading transactions and providing legal advice related to a variety of commercial contracts. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Axiom as a Commercial Lawyer, focusing on legal guidance for Robinhood's business clients. Tom's previous experience includes significant positions at Charles Schwab as Managing Director, Legal Counsel, Senior Counsel with BMO Financial Group, and Senior Attorney at Walgreens, where contract management and negotiation were key responsibilities. Tom also has a strong legal foundation with earlier roles at Sidley Austin LLP, Latham & Watkins, and Chapman and Cutler LLP, focusing on real estate finance and transactional law. Tom holds a JD from Notre Dame Law School and a BS from the University of Notre Dame.
