Tyler Todd

Tyler Todd has an extensive background in customer service and financial services with a focus on the brokerage industry. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager for Advanced Services at Robinhood since September 2020, Tyler has also held roles such as Advanced Brokerage CX Lead, Options Support Representative, and Licensed CXR. Prior experience includes positions at E*TRADE as a Senior Financial Services Representative and Associate Financial Services Representative, along with various roles in operations, sales, and maintenance at companies such as Wrigley, King GREEN, Home Depot, Affinity Stoneworks, The Scion Group, SNF Holding Company, and Savannah Quarters. Tyler holds an Associate of Arts degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Seminole State College of Florida and has furthered education at Georgia Southern University and the University of North Georgia.
