Wayne Kim is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently, Wayne serves as a UX Researcher at Robinhood since 2023. Prior to this role, Wayne worked at Twitter from 2017 to 2022 as an Experience Researcher. Wayne also founded Foundry Labs in 2016, where the role lasted until 2017. Earlier in the career, Wayne was a Manager at BluePrint Research Group from 2011 to 2016 and served as a Consultant at Rosetta from 2009 to 2011. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Information Engineering, graduating Cum Laude, along with a minor in Real Estate, both from Cornell University.
