W. Troy Hubbard

W. Troy Hubbard is a retired Colonel from the United States Air Force (USAF) with extensive experience in financial management and oversight. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Robins Financial Credit Union since February 2022, Hubbard is responsible for guiding the strategic direction and management of the Credit Union. Previous roles include Chief of the Cost Accounting Division and Lead Accountant within various USAF financial management locations, as well as supervisory and leadership positions overseeing investigative activities and strategic planning for Air Force operations. Education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia College & State University, along with advanced military education from the USAF Air War College and the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
