Emily Niles

Emily Niles is a Partner and Trial Attorney at Robins Kaplan LLP, where responsibilities include representing clients in high-stakes intellectual property, technology, and business disputes since September 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, conducting legal research and drafting documents related to various legal issues, and as a Lexis Associate/Student Representative at LexisNexis, facilitating legal research for faculty and students. Emily has also worked as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Patrick J. Schiltz in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and as a Research Assistant for Professor Neil Hamilton at The Holloran Center for Ethical Leadership in the Professions. Emily's early career includes roles as a Neuropsychology Technician at National Jewish Health and Office Coordinator at Regis College. Emily holds a Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology from Regis University.
