Eric Barstad

Eric Barstad is an experienced attorney specializing in antitrust, healthcare, and administrative law. Currently serving as Counsel at Robins Kaplan LLP since January 2017, Eric advocates for clients in federal court and navigates FTC/DOJ merger and conduct investigations while advising on corporate development and M&A initiatives. Prior to this role, Eric worked as an Associate at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP from April 2011 to December 2016, representing clients in high-stakes investigations and litigation across various sectors, including high-technology and healthcare. Eric's legal career also includes a fellowship at the Environmental Defense Fund and a summer associate position at Dorsey & Whitney LLP.
